F-105D - production model, all-weather capability. 610 built.
F-105F - Two-seat trainer version of F-105D with lengthened forward fuselage. It was fully combat-capable and had dual controls, taller fin. 143 were built.
EF-105F - Initial designation for Wild Weasel [Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD)], with AGM-45 Shrike anti-radiation missile. 54 converted from F-105F.
F-105G - Two-seat Wild Weasel [Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD)], improved version of the EF-105F. Westinghouse AN/ALQ-105 electronic countermeasures were permanently installed in two long blisters on the underside of the fuselage. Thirty aircraft were fitted with pylons to carry AGM-78 Standard anti-radiation missile.
