Velociraptor 伶盜龍属 (速龍) - an extinct genus of dromaeosaurid (馳龍科) theropod (獸腳亞目) dinosaur that lived approximately 75 to 71 million years ago during the latter part of the Cretaceous Period (白堊紀). Their fossils have been discovered in Mongolia (蒙古國) & Inner Mongolia (內蒙古).
