manufactured by Fiat-Ansaldo from 1941~1942 (total 800 tanks)
first employed in the North African Campaign in 1941
improved version of the earlier M13/40 - same chassis, redesigned hull with better armour, more powerful diesel engine.
however, M14/41 was unreliable and caught fire easily when hit.
