- Sd.Kfz. 10/2 - chemical decontamination vehicle. ~65 were built (1938~1939)
- Sd.Kfz. 10/3 - 500 litres poison gas spray system. 67 were built (1938~1939). Modified to carry 216 rounds of anti-tank ammunition in 1942.
