中島 キ43 一式戦闘機 隼 一型 - World War Two
- IJA (Imperial Japanese Army)
- 隼一型 "Ko 甲" - armed with 2 × 7.7 mm Type 89 machine guns.
- 隼一型 "Otsu 乙" - armed with one 12.7 mm Ho-103 machine gun and 1 × 7.7 mm Type 89.
- 隼一型 "Hei 丙" - armed with 2 × 12.7 mm Ho-103, and can mount two 30kg bombs under wings. All early Ki-43 were upgraded to Hei 丙.
- 隼二型 Late production - can mount drop tanks or bombs (+ 2 × 12.7 mm Ho-103)
- Ki-43-III "甲 Ko" - changed engine, armed with 2 × 12.7 mm Ho-103. The only production version of Ki-43-III (隼三型)
- Sentai 戦隊 (flight Regiment) - made up of two to four chūtai 中隊 (squadrons) or later as hikōtai (flying units). Two or more Sentai comprised a hikōdan 飛行団 (air brigade)
